The shop and employees are very welcoming, knowledgeable and hospitable. I enjoyed my service. I came in the shop with severely damaged hair. I was serviced by Aaliyah who gave me sound advice and instructions, to restore health to my hair. I got a hair cut and the prepaid under the cap service.Definitely a shop I will continue to frequent!

I had the pleasure of receiving hair care services at Potent Transitions this past Saturday. The customer service far exceeded my expectations! My stylist, Aaliyah, was excellent and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my hair care needs and provides a relaxing atmosphere for customers. The massage chair is EVERYTHING!! It's a double plus to have when getting your hair washed. Her assistant, Danielle, was very attentive and did a great job with shampooing/conditioning my hair. I highly recommend this salon!

I absolutely love Aaliyah salon as well as her service! Her assistant Danielle is amazing ,very kind and sweet , and funny with beautiful customer service. Aaliyah was heaven sent to care for woman hair, i came to her with damaged hair about 3 weeks ago she treated my hair and cut all my unhealthy split ends off and styled my hair beautifully into a short style my hair was so full of life its like it was cured👌i came back 2 weeks later for treatment and also colored my hair in which Aaliyah did it in the least damaging way and styled my hair again .The color absolutely compliments my skin complexion and the style complements my face i adored it...If you have unhealthy hair and would like to start a journey to strong healthy hair i highly advice her services she will get your back on track 100 percent guarantee !!!

Aaliyah is AMAZING! I have very thick hair that was partially relaxed and partially natal when I started. Now, it’s all natural, healthy and growing like weeds! I always get in and out quickly, with my scalp tingling and feeling fresh. And, I love the treatments that make my hair feel soft and manageable as I learn more about its natural texture. I can’t recommend her salon enough.

Aaliyah is amazing! Her assistant Danni is a sweetheart as well and very pleasant. Let me say that it’s a wonderful feeling to sit in a salon and not have to worry about men entering while you’re looking torn up and waiting to get your hair laid. NO MEN are allowed.
