  The food is regularly fresh and delicious, employees hands out excellent customer service. I really like how neat it is and mood. I highly recommend this spot.

  I like this restaurant! They have excellent food, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The food is always good, the service towards the clients is very good too. I often go to this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend this place.

  The food is a 5. I had the bake chicken with 2 sides of mac and cheese, my bf had the fried catfish with side of rice and beans, my son had fries. All 3 of us satisfied with tasty food. We went there at 1h30 so it was lunch portion. Not too big not too small.
  However, wait time is a big minus. It was maybe 6 tables of people to serve and we waited 40min maybe more for our food... on a non busy shift. Another minus was that my beer was not cold. No one wants to drink a half warm half cold beer. And their LIT (long island ice tea) is not so good as well.
  Still deserve a 4.

  Just happened upon this place and thank God for finding it . Had a taste for soul food but none of them in my immediate area are worthy of the title (food for the soul). Soul food is spiritual made with love from deep within the heart to the soul. Some places are pretending to be something that they are not serving garbage for the stomach. Soul Food Factory is one of the best soul food restaurants that I have ever eaten in by far, from the Mac and cheese, yams, collards, cat fish, chicken wings, turkey chops,and the home made deserts. And yes I tried all of them. Wish I could have found this place sooner. Keep up the good work and may God continue to bless you and the business... great ???? job..
