(June 18, 2020, 10:25 am)What a great company! They came to my house exactly when they said they would, picked up the rug and delivered it back to me on time. You almost don’t expect service like this any more. They also did a great job of cleaning a heavily pet-soiled rug that I got from an old house. And they listed each of the steps they took during the cleaning as well as giving me a rug cleaning kit at the end. I can’t recommend them highly enough!! A+
