GenPsych PC

I was a little nervous about doing IOP. I’m so glad that I went to genpsych. All of the staff from the front desk to the therapists were very kind and helpful in a prompt fashion. I did the dual diagnostics track and I felt comfortable opening up and sharing my struggles in group along with many others I’m so happy to have met. The way the group therapy is ran is very helpful with written worksheets and activities. I’ve come away from this with helpful coping skills as well as a new found hope for life. I’m very appreciative about everything I have learned from genpsych. Megan and Jane were especially fantastic. I highly recommend genpsych to whoever is struggling with mental health and/or addiction.

This was my first time at this type of facility so, while I have nothing to compare to, I can only hope that all facilities care this much about their clients. From the front desk, to the therapists that lead groups and do one-on-one counseling, to the psychiatrists everyone has a positive and supportive attitude. I will be forever thankful that, in this part of my journey, these were the people that I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by.

I want to thank the team at Genpscyh. I have been struggling with an ED for half of my life. I was able to get the care I needed. I really loved working with my therapist, RD, and provider .

I was in the ED track and the MH track. This helped me gain the ability to claim life back. Amazing staff !!!
