I first heard about CranioSacral therapy from my chiropractor who I was seeing for my lower back pain. After the first couple of sessions with Alyssa I already feel much better! CST + Chiropractic care is a great combo. Highly recommend!

Alyssa and CST are LIFESAVERS!! ---Alyssa has worked with both of our sons. Our firstborn from two weeks until a toddler and currently with our second from 4 months. Both boys severely struggled with colic, digestion and range of motion. Her work with them has improved THEIR and OUR quality of life. After her sessions, both boys slept better, fed better and could move with more ease. She is extremely professional and informative explaining the treatment as she is doing it. Along with her explanations she provides ideas and tips for us to use at home to maintain the positive results the boys received from the CST sessions. Alyssa is a gifted Craniosacral Therapist. She treated both of my daughters for torticollis shortly after they were born and myself after my first pregnancy (pelvic/hip pain) and during my second pregnancy (to help achieve a vbac, which was successful!). I cannot recommend her enough. She has a very calming and healing presence and has improved the health of my family. Craniosacral therapy is an extremely gentle modality and it provides great results. We continue to see Alyssa for periodic "tune up's" and my oldest daughter, now 3, has started asking for "craniosacral" because she enjoys it so much! I am so grateful to have found Alyssa!

I have suffered from sciatica most of my life. I have been treated by Physical Therapists and Chiropractors for decades. Both would only provide me with temporary or short-term relief. A friend recommended CST which I had never heard of. I was surprised to find someone local so I booked an appointment through her website. After the first session I felt significant relief. I went back two more times and after 9 months can say that I am still pain free with only residual flare ups. I would recommend this form of treatment for anyone suffering from chronic pain or trauma of any kind.
