  An amazing team!! I totally recommend Levitt & Slafkes, PC. Bruce and Shelley are very knowledgeable, straightforward, compassionate, and professional. They were always on point. Their response time to any concern was exceptionally fast. I personally felt supported from beginning to end. Utterly grateful for such a wonderful service and hard work.

  It was a difficult decision for me to declare bankruptcy in December of 2019. When I consulted with Levitt and Slafkes, they were friendly and very knowledgeable and gave me excellent financial and legal advice.
  They did a great job with the bankruptcy, including representing me in court. They definitely exceeded my expectations and we were able to do a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, instead of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy that I anticipated, which saved me a significant amount of money. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  This husband and wife team was a pleasure to work with. Our situation was complicated by a pending workers compensation lawsuit. We went to one lawyer who thought it would be very problematic, but Levitt and Slafkes were very knowledgeable of our rights and helped us navigate the situation. The lawyers and administrative team were always professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.

  If you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer in New Jersey look no more! Levitt & Slafkes were amazing whenever I call for any questions pertaining to my case they’re there to answer any questions I have. They did an amazing job with my bankruptcy case so that I could get rid of my bankruptcy also I just wanna thank the receptionist for being so warm and welcoming whenever I enter the firm!

  I went through a divorce 2 years ago, which left me in a poor financial position. After a year of being paying out more than I earn, I was forced to pull the plug on my finances and start with a fresh slate. I weighed my options very carefully, and decided bankruptcy was the right thing to do. After that decision, I quickly found out how common a thing this is, and was pretty upset that I waited to long to pull the trigger.
  
  Anyhow, I picked this firm first because they were close to my home and had good reviews... and I am extremely happen with my selection. Bruce and Shelley were awesome.
  
  I work in the city... and they were very flexible with their appointment times to allow me to come in. They do a lot of work behind the scenes and will follow up with you to make sure you provide them the information they need.
  
  The only thing that could get me truly back on track was a Chapter 7, and they were able to get enough information about my situation to properly qualify me.
  
  They made the process feel quick and painless, and did a great job of coaching me through it.. answering any/all questions and not pressuring me at any point of the process. They are very professional, down to earth, and give very good guidance through this difficult decision.
  
  If you've decided to file, look no further than this firm. You are in good hands. I was able to keep all of my personal items, including my car.
