  Made a return of a top, that was too large, a birthday gift from a friend. Return was easy, and was able to use the gift card, to make another purchase. Masks were being worn by Macy's employees, as well as customers, and spacing on lines were 6 feet, or more. Store was not crowded, but customers were shopping while maintaining social distancing. ?

  Was waiting to check out. Had a pair of shorts in my hand. A woman from across the store grabbed my attention and flagged me down to come to her. Her register was open. I’ve never had that happen to me. Lately it seems customer service has really gone down hill. Tricia was super friendly and really a pleasure to deal with. I asked for her name because the second she actually came to get me since her register was open. I knew I had to share my experience. Was blown away her friendly she was. Helped me order the shorts since my size wasn’t in stock. Thank you again.
