  To me, this place is a model for what all businesses should be like. Expert. Courteous. And truly dedicated to its customers' needs.
  
  Yes, you can save money by going to Home Depot and Lowes, if you want to make the trip. But will anyone there take a grinder to piece of hardware so it fits a difficult spot (free of charge), as these guys did for me one day? Or will a big box employee walk you up and down their aisles to gather all the supplies you require for a project, as these folks did on another occasion? Will they wave you off a more expensive product, when a cheaper one will do the job? Will they reopen the store after a long day, so that you can buy an emergency item? I don't think so.
  
  Shop here. This store is the real deal. It's more than worth the minor mark-up.

  This store has EVERYTHING and the most incredible customer service. Cliff helped me find everything I needed and brought it all to my car! Love shopping small and supporting wonderful stores like this one!

  It's a small store but the staff is terrific! I will go here any day over Home Depot if I know they will have the product. Here, friendly and knowledgeable people will help you find what you're looking for. Great place!

  The absolute best. The most helpful and nicest people work here. No matter how busy they are someone always has time to walk me through advice on my latest weekend project. As for inventory, it’s like they somehow magically fit everything from one of the big chain stores into this space because every single thing I’m looking for always seems to be available here.
