(April 29, 2018, 10:07 pm)I have placed (2) two orders with Mosaic Tile Direct and while there were some negative reviews online, I found my experience to be quite successful. I was able to chat online with one of the sales reps (Kash) and he was very good in helping place my order and follow-up with email confirmations. They do have some issues with their website where you are not able to process the order successfully using windows 7 & 8 and this did cause me some issues. In addition I did need to follow-up in once week about my order shipping after the tracking showed that the FedEx label was printed but nothing else had happened until my follow-up inquiry. After the follow-up I received my first order within 3-5 days. I had the same issues with my second order and will be following up on Monday to confirm when it will ship. The material that did arrive met expectations and was as advertised. Expect some challenges when processing your order and expect to follow-up on shipment.
