(November 18, 2018, 2:23 pm)Super fast service. There is always a shuttle waiting to take you to the airport at drop off. Usually you're at the airport within 15 of arriving at the lot. Theres always a bus waiting and they don't wait to fill it up or anything. They usually leave immediately.
Upon return you text them your reservation number and they make sure a shuttle is on the way. I've. Never waited more than 10 min for the shuttle to arrive. Many times is much faster. By the time you return to the lot your car is waiting out front and the heat or AC is already blasting and you're on your way home within minutes.
I can't recommend this place enough. The one time there was an issue with my sister's car getting damaged, they owned up it and paid for the repairs without issue. This is how airport parking is supposed to be. -

(October 27, 2018, 11:24 am)This was a pleasant surprise! For starters, half the cost of regular parking. Way more efficient and easier than EWR long term parking. And less than one-way of uber for us.
Check-in was easy. Do it online and get a code that scans you into the lot. From there, they know who you are etc. Pick-up was just as easy. Very short wait for the shuttle. Our car was in the valet section by the time we arrived. (no extra charge).
Will keep using them. Didn't need a wash or other services, but that's a great feature - coming home to a clean car. -

(September 11, 2018, 11:58 am)From beginning to end, excellent! This was my first time utilizing a long-term parking lot and they came highly recommended. Upon entering it was self-explanatory, and the shuttle came immediately. Before I knew it, I was at the airport. Upon returning, the same experience when I called for the shuttle- within minutes they appeared to pick me up from the airport. Amazing!!

Very well organized self park system, quick drop offs and pick ups. Their van picks you up from your car parking spot and brings you back right at your car upon arrival which can be very helpful in rough weather. Perfect example of door to door service. Courteous, polite and helpful staff. One can’t ask for more.
