Top notch instructors and facility. As a Physical Therapy practice owner, I often send clients here to continue their wellness program once discharged.
Always great! Theresa is a wonderful instructor and I've seen definite results since starting taking classes with her... so much so that I actually followed her here when she stopped teaching at a studio closer to my home. Her classes are somehow both fun and a great workout. I haven't taken classes from the other instructors yet, but anyone I have had interactions with at the studio has been completely professional, courteous, and helpful.
