  We've been searching for a unit that meets our specifications for a while and today tried Extra Space Storage. This location is just perfect for us. After talking to the online agent, we received a call from Mark the manager immediately. We scheduled an appointment and are were so impressed. The property inside and out was so clean and Mark was so professional and nice! He showed us around and we were excited to book. Love being able to use the app to get through the gate and into our unit. We are very excited to move in!
  
  The price was very reasonable too.

  Best damn storage facility you will find in the bay area without a doubt! I have rented storages from numerous self storage facilities & I have to say this is by far the best one I have rented at! The on site manager is A+ professional & helpful! And his assistant, E she is the best assistant they have had here! Always professional, always helpful & always has a smile on her face. The two of them work hard to keep the facility clean & act quick to answer questions or concerns that are brought to their attention. I Can't say they are the cheapest self storage to rent from but, the fee extra dollars is well worth it knowing the facility has good security great staff and a perfect location for my convenience!

  This is a wonderful storage facility! I could tell from the first moment - the office (and entire facility) is immaculately clean, well organized, well stocked, and the staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Mark is fantastic, and he runs this place so well. I have used other facilities in the past, and I always dreaded having to visit or trying to reach someone in the office. At Extra Space, I've always been able to reach someone in the office quickly - both on the phone and in person.- and I've enjoyed visiting because they make it such a nice experience. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and I love how clean, safe (cameras everywhere), and high-tech it is. We used their online app to enter and leave with the electric gate, and we used it for accessing our storage unit. It's great to not worry about what you did with the keys or what the entry code is - just use the app. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Sunnyvale!

  Due to the busy schedule, it was difficulty for me to pick up my belongings. I called extra storage and the lady who picked up allowed me to pick my stuff up a day before my card would have been charged. I've had a great experience, getting set up and another great experience going out. Definitely would come back again if need. Thank you so much for the guy who got me set up and the lady who made it convenient for me to exit. Super awesome experience.

  Mark and Elena, the front desk staff, are awesome. This is my first time renting a storage unit, and they made the process easy and seamless. Extra Space Storage uses an app to unlock gates and keep track of visitors to the unit. Everything is hi-tech. I am happy I found Extra Space Storage.
