Service was excellent!
Very patient,friendly, organized, work with your schedule, had an issue with my bill and Silvia the receptionist helped me thru everything.
So far so good! We took our daughter for her first visit today & couldn't be more please with the facility, staff and doctor. The visit was fast and very informative. The office is large and very well kept. The patient room we went into was equipped with a TV on the ceiling for children to watch & keep their mind off of the visit which I thought was a very nice touch! After the visit we were loaded up with goodies for behaving so well- of course we got a few new tooth brushes, floss and tooth paste but we also got a balloon, stickers & more. There's nothing better than rewarding your child for a job well done and Dr. Strachan does it well! Since they also care for adults, we will soon be patient too!
Dr. Strachan is GREAT with children. I brought my daughter and niece recently. I was very pleased, as Dr. Strachan took her time to explain everything to me. My niece is autistic and is not a fan of the dentist. But, she did great this last visit. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. Adults too!
Dr. Strachan is the best! She's great with children. Very thorough and honest. My girls have been coming here since they were 1 and now they're 7 and 9. Always a great experience here at South Orange Dental Center.
