  I saw Lauren (PA) for my first visit to this medical facility. She was pleasant, thorough, & easy to talk to.
  From an admin standpoint, I was sent to 3 different areas before landing in the right spot. While it took a while to get started, everyone was nice & friendly & efficient.
  My second visit was much smoother. Appt was right on time; seen right away. In & out quickly. Lauren was attentive and thorough.

  Vanguard medical group is always an easy process. They work with you on scheduling and always do the best they can to accommodate tricky schedules. The staff and doctors are great. Very kind and professional and they remember their patients from visit to visit. You don’t often find that these days with larger practices. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I have been going to Vanguard or close to 16 years. My kids ( who are all in their 40's) and grandchildren have been using them for years and think they are great. They are very responsive to your needs. There staff also. I highly recommend them.

  Love this place. The staff is great and my doctor is even better. I was greeted with a friendly face, they took me right in with no waiting, my doctor took alot of time with me, she answered every question and didn’t rush me out like most do these days. I’m one happy patient and look forward to many years of excellent treatment!!
  
  UPDATE: Still love my doc and the staff is amazing. The only negative i can come up with is that the parking lot in the Verona office doesn’t have enough spaces. There should be designated spaces for staff that’s different from where patient parking is. This would be the only change i would make. Other than that, the staff is awesome, everyone is so professional and friendly. So happy my husband found them!!

  I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I love this place. The staff is wonderful and kind. Whenever I had an issue (drs used to be late for appointments like crazy) management heard me out but over the past couple of years they have become very punctual. Very clean and professional service and staff.
