My relationship with Fallivene began in 2004 and from the inception until now, my experiences have been pleasurable. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for car and home insurance, they do a grear bundle and offer huge discounts.

We had Allstate Insurance coverage for 18 years but our premiums were sky high & we approached them about finding cheaper options. Over the course of weeks we had little response from Allstate & time was running out for our policies.

Frustrated with Allstate's indifference, I reached out to the Fallivene Agency who had taken care of my mother's insurance needs when she was alive. They were wonderful with her as she aged up & her driving record wasn't the best. But they always were able to keep her insured with GOOD coverage & I appreciated the service they gave her over the years.

I turned to Fallivene and worked with John Fallivene who was easy to work with & very patient. I was nervous about changing insurance companies after so many years - insurance companies intimidate you into thinking that making a change will put your coverage at risk. John eased my mind & presented 3 different options for the coverages we needed: Homeowner's with an Umbrella Policy as well as an Automobile policy.

I would highly recommend the company for your insurance needs. They are soooo much more responsive than Allstate! Our auto insurance rates with Allstate had climbed to $5600 a year because no one ever tried to give us a better price - John got me comparable coverage for under $2300 a year. I am grateful for his help.

I have been so impressed by the one-on-one personal service I always receive every time I call the office. I get a real person every time to assist me with each question and immediate service. Recently I had to make a claim. I was given expert advice and the Nation Wide Insurance agent was masterful in dealing with my issue and giving sound advice and following through to a most successful conclusion. Everyone connected was very caring and reminded me of how a family comes together in times difficulty.The Fallivene Agency is always one call away from helping to guide and advise you in person on the phone! I have used the Fallivene agency for my car insurance needs for over 25 years. John and his staff have always been incredibly responsive, informative and proactive. Whenever there has been a chance to reduce my premium, they have contacted me. They have responded to me immediately when I've contacted them about an accident or traffic ticket. In fact, John must work 18 hours a day because he's always there to answer my call when I need to speak to him. This is a 5 star agency and I highly recommend them.
