(June 28, 2023, 5:20 pm)I went for a uri radiogram at 3:15. The directions said no food or drink after midnight. I told the tech and she said that was wrong and i could have had something before as long as it was about 6 hours of fasting. I had to wait all day before i could finally eat or drink. The tech said she was also going to reach out since someone else had the same issue. The directions should spell out how long the fast has to be based on the time of the test. Normally midnight would be for an early morning test not at the end of the day. Other than that the test went fine and the tech was great and let me know what was going to happen with each step
(June 13, 2023, 11:45 am)Outstanding staff, techs and doctors! My appointment was at 9am and was taken back at 8:55. They were quick with their imaging and procedures and really made me feel calm, being worried about results. The imaging center was clean, organized and secure.
(May 2, 2023, 7:26 pm)The staff at this location have always been pleasant, competent, and unfailingly helpful. This particular visit was no exception. With no appointment, I was able to enter, do the paperwork, get X-rays of two separate body parts, and leave with the films in hand in what seemed like 15 minutes.
I always tell all staff members that I encounter, on every visit I’ve made for a good number of years, that this is the most competent medical office I’ve EVER dealt with. That still holds true.
(April 13, 2023, 1:43 pm)Tech was awesome, I'm claustrophobic and usually take a sedative, but I since it was opened i thought i didn't need it. halfway through i asked to come out she was so nice and calming and convinced me to go back in and i did and completed scan. I forgot her name but thank you so much.
