(November 29, 2018, 7:26 pm)Some of the people here have a serious attitude like the sales African American guy by the entrance and I'm not sure what he's position is maybe he's a manager or not but he has a bad bad attitude. Mike from finance is a pretty good and reasonable guy so also is Rob the sales guy. My experience here was overall good except with the first guy I mentioned

(November 28, 2018, 9:09 am)I had my 2014 Toyota Rav 4 brought for service the other day because the car was having trouble. Also a few weeks prior my son was sick and vomited in the car so the smell was still lingering. I was very happy with the work that was done, the price and the detailing of the inside of the car was excellent! The inside of the car looks brand new! And it wasn't even expensive. John from service was extremely nice and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with his professionalism over the phone.

(November 21, 2018, 8:32 am)The most important person in any car dealership is the first person you speak with. That person for me was Lexi Paluso. She took the time to understand what was important to us. She did not up sell anything. She simply educated us on the product and the advantages of the models. Her honesty and transparency sold us before the automobile did. In the end, we went with the higher trim level and we are happy with our purchase and the care we received from Lexi and the rest of the top notch staff at Paul Miller Toyota.

One of the tech saw me backing into a space and came out to help me use the back up camera on my new Camry.
Service was quicker than quoted and they took an extra moment to get to know me which helped them to know more about my needs (I commute 150 miles a day).
