  i also love the new trainers Joe has added. For example, I really enjoy weight training with John Mannion and boxing lessons with Champ. i was a bit unsure about them before i started but John and Champ are terrific

  Over 20+ years, Joe Garafolo has improved my fitness level enormously, helped me to increase bone density and muscle mass, and seen me through prehab/rehab for orthopedic surgeries--always with creativity and compassion. Now our goal is active aging, maintaining my mobility, balance, and strength. I am so grateful to this guy. Joe understands each client and how to motivate him/her to get maximum results.

  Joe Garafolo is a truly excellent trainer. His training methods are the perfect combination of diverse training, Saturday boot camp and individualized exercise programs designed to achievable your goals (to lose weight and to get in shape for my wedding day in my case).
  Joe is not only premier fitness trainer, but he is also a nutrition expert. He provides nutrition consultations in order to change and adjust your diet to enhance your weight loss in addition to exercise.
  I lost 20 pounds in 5 months, and my husband lost 30 pounds. Joe’s counseling have reconstructed our bodies that we lost fat and developed pure muscle and increased our bone density. We both looked like an 18-year-old for our wedding day. We both got in the best shape we have ever been in our lives.

  Went to Performance Inc for over ten years, starting when I was eleven. Joe is a great trainer with a lot of experience who will teach you how to train, not just watch you pick up heavy things. This is a great place for people interested in learning how to train the right way, live a healthier lifestyle, and looking for a program that is enjoyable.
  Joe is experienced, knowledgeable and will always take time to explain questions. You'll learn how to train the right way with your personal goals at the forefront.

  I've trained with Performance Incorporated for over 3 years. My friend at work recommended hem to me, he brought his kid there for football conditioning and convinced me to try them. Back then I just wanted to loose all the baby weight and get toned, but it ended up being a true life altering experience. Not only I was able to get in the best shape I has ever been in my whole life, but I also learned how train myself and stay in check and exited about my training schedule. My only regret is that I had to move from the area but what a life altering program they have. Thank You PI!
