  The staff here helped us save our dog. When we brought her in, she was very sick and they diagnosed her with parvo. They were very honest about the outcome, but let us ultimatly choose. We chose to give her a chance and they gave her some fluids. She was a very small puppy, not even a year old at the time. Today, three years later, she is a happy, friendly, and very much loved puppy! Thank you so much for saving our Lola.

  The worst emergencies happen in the night when local vets are closed. Blue Pearl was open and ready to assist even before we arrived. We were tired, exhausted, and scared for our dog when we called. The receptionist answered the phone, was very helpful, told us to drive right over and gave us information regarding pricing to be seen. We called again on our way to get all our information taken care of before we arrived. They were ready and waiting with a cart outside for us when we pulled into the parking lot. They quickly attended to him and got back to us in regards to his condition. Ultimately our dog did not make it, at no fault of Blue Pearl. My husband was in shock as we had just gone to bed, only to be woke by the sounds of our dog in distress and eventually passing away not even 90 minutes later. They were very kind and paitent with us as we processed everything. Being the middle of the night and an emergency I expected to walk away with a hefty billed tacked on to our tragic loss, that was not the case. Although he did not make it I am thankful Blue Pearl was there to help us when we needed it.

  I came home from a doctor appointment and found that my dog, who had been sick, had passed away. I called Blue Pearl about cremation and was told I could bring her right over. When I got there, a sweet young lady named Taylor came right out, explained all my options and made it all very comfortable. All I had to do was sign my name. Then, when she picked up my dog from the back of my SUV, she whispered “Come on girl, I’m going to take you home”. She was amazing and I cannot thank her enough for the way she helped me.

  My little kitten was bitten by my dog. I got her to Blue Pearl and they took excellent care of her. They was very caring and professional. Dr Todd kept me informed on everything that was going on. It’s going to be a long recovery but she’s going to be okay. Thank you so much for helping save my cat!!

  Incredibly friendly and great service! Prices are a bit high but otherwise a very lovely shop!

  The local mini Mart that everyone in the community goes too. Sam is the man and everyone that works here is great. The is truly a neighborhood store
