(July 28, 2021, 12:09 pm)Pricing is fair to lower than market price. They employ gate code security and have reasonable hours, but are no longer a 24-hour facility. They offer online bill pay and a $25 referral credit for new customers as well as military discounts. The storage itself is pretty basic and reasonably secure. Unfortunately they don't have lighting or an electric outlet in any of the units I saw, which is a drawback because in certain months daylight will curtail your access to the storage more so than the actual business hours. Nonetheless, I found storing with them to be convenient and I have no strong complaints, something that has been hard to come by in the Twin Cities market with other businesses.
