“The representative that greeted me was very pleasant. The car I thought I was getting I did not get. This is not the first time. I have rented from your prestige class and did not get the car I rented, rented a larger car ended up with a mini van, asked for the managers special and was told it was a tiny car and had to upgrade to a more costly vehicle. I give it Five Stars because the counter experience was excellent.”

“These type of folks are why always rent from a Hertz. I lost Drivers license somewhere and the staff went all out to assist me. The ladies up front, the folks out on the lot and the office area too. I have always appreciated the hustle that New York and New Jersey provide when doing business. Now I am reassured as pleasure traveler. Everyone tried to help us even though it was my mistake. Not once was made to feel like the fool I was. They rectified my problem by transferring the rental agreement to the lady’s name. Told us the ramifications up front and off we went. Thanks to all.”
