“I'm a patient of Dr. Patel and I can't say enough good things about him. He is kind, considerate, understanding and on top of that he's a great Cardiologist and a credit to his profession. The office staff on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. The most recent issue is I was scheduled for an ultrasound in the Glenridge office on Monday, September 12th. I received a voicemail from his office on Friday, September 9th stating they no longer perform ultrasound at the office and would need a prescription to have it performed at Montclair Radiology. I called back on Monday, the 12th and was told they would mail the prescription. I waited a week and when the prescription didn't arrive I called the office and was told the prescription was not mailed and they apologized and assured me it would be mailed today. This is the 3rd time over the past 18 months the office staff has dropped the ball and have found them to be very unprofessional and not representative of the care Dr. Patel provides. GJK”
