“TLDR: TROY IS THE BEST TRAINER!!!! Blink is great. At first, I wanted a gym that had more natural light, but ultimately my focus was and is my health. After suffering an injury that made me unable to walk for 6 weeks and a load of physical therapy, I was finally able to get back into the gym. Struggling to get in a rhythm with my first trainer, I switched trainers. Troy is AMAZING!!! Not only does he personalize your workouts and help you learn how to create your own and target certain areas, but he encourages you while you're at the gym on your own. I see him at the gym and if he's not there, I can text him for motivation or ask questions. It's really great because I have constant support system. Other than my hard work, his way of training is the reason I have come as far as I have. Even in two weeks after the bike, my legs were even more shredded. I have been more consistent than my entire life and I am very glad with the value and the cost of this gym! The staff are welcoming and friendly and really have cultivated a nice relationship as I see them everyday!”
