“Nidia. Management needs to know that without this amazing woman, NYSC Livingston would fail to open and operate. This woman does EVERYTHING at this gym. Someone needs to give her a raise, give her a bonus, do something because this woman is the only reason this place opens at 5am everyday. Without her we would be stranded. With that said, I have been going to this gym on (I now go all the time) and off for 11 years and I must say it is actually a really good gym. It is clean, and so are the locker rooms. The staff is nice, it is big, there are tons of machines. And if you want a pool, you got it.”

“My boyfriend had a collapsed.lung pneumothorax from a suspected lung cyst that ruptured. Waited and waited in emergency room for hours awaiting a surgeon. Nursing staff did not care to followup to check surgeon availability. I called Dr.G and he made things happen within 10 minutes- staff rushed in, prepped boyfriend for surgery and his life was saved. We don't know each other, yet he took the time to make it happen. So bad reviews saying this and that don't align with what he has done for us.he got no compensation out of it.”

“I recently completed the 6 week Challenge Program at Crossfit Roseland and had an amazing experience. I was able to hit the goal that was set for me by the trainers and I actually lost 4.5% body fat on top of losing 11 lbs. The classes were intense but diverse and refreshing for me who is someone who has previously done marathons. I liked that no class was the same and the trainers were helpful in coaching and teaching proper techniques for the exercises. I would highly recommend this program and this location.
