“The Sunday brunch food and service were top notch. We came for my sisters birthday and from the start the mimosas were a hit. We had: Crab cocktail + chat grilled oyster apps Shrimp & grits, crossaint French toast, Tacos (steak + fish), bacon and truffle fries mains + sides. Chocolate mousse and apple tart for dessert. Everything was wonderfully delicious. The service was great and our waitress let us know they have live jazz on Tuesday nights. We'll definitely be back!”

“Always nice to see a traditional type diner reboot. The former Versailles Diner has now become the West Essex Diner, and they've done a great job! Their menu is fairly diner typical, but there are more entree salads and a few more sandwiches, raps and Specialty items. They still have a small bar, which I have yet to try. Portions were good, food was nicely prepared, and the service was above-average. I look forward to going again! They have the best fried calamari in North Jersey. Try it!”

Garlic chicken vegetables limp, rice was dark (they over did it with soy sauce) small amount of chicken. Order was mainly rice. Tasteless. Food tasted like what was delivered was left over from night before.Will not order from them ever again. Waste of money. Part 2 No matter how much I try to eat this meal I cannot. Nasty Nasty Nasty”
