It's a little light on the cheese and dressing so if you like it wet, it might be worthwhile to order an extra side of dressing at 50 cents. Overall pleased, pricier than off airport places, but solid quick lunch.”

“The young man that served me was well mannered in his speech and body language. He was friendly enough. I had to tell him about 3 times to remove himself from my view of the donuts, the first 2 times indirectly. I informed him that I wanted to buy 5 donuts, but he replied that, for 4 cents more, I can get 6 donuts of my choice $5.99. I gave him $6, expecting him to immediately give me my penny in exchange so that I may place it in the tip mug located in front of the cash register, but he paused and stalled with a stiff body gesture. He eventually gave me my due penny, and, as I placed it into the white mug, he gave off a facial expression of displeasure. ONLY IN PLANET EARTH!”

“I have seen Kaedama from the window of the United Club in terminal C1 and have wanted to eat there for a year. This Saturday I had the opportunity to watch the World Cup, have great service and good food. Here is what is key... the side near Gate C80 Great service. Without great people and great service you don’t survive. Big Lou (Louis) made it a GREAT experience. 4.5 hrs with delayed aircraft, he made it enjoyable. Personable, outgoing and professional. Food. I went for the shredded pork with mushroom and chili pepper ramen. It was spicy. It’s a huge bowl. Filled me up. Not bad, not great. I went for the gyoza - done great and a favorite. Gotta love 25oz Drafts...Sapporo Will I be back: If Big Lou is there - YES”
