He was responsive to my questions and very willing to work with me in negotiating a fair price. Of course it is a business and they need to make a profit, however, I felt that they really care about the customer. It is a family operated business and the founder also had a disability which lends itself to added insight into the needs of the customer. I never felt they were trying to just "make a sale".
