“My Mom started in the Balfour family in Independent Living at The Lodge in Louisville. She loved it there. Then came the time when she needed more help, and Richard, the Director of Lavender Farms, welcomed us, and gave my Mom the support and encouragement she needed. All her needs are met at Lavender Farms, with loving care. It took a while for her to adjust, but all the while, Eva would come to see her in her apartment to let her know all the activities that were happening for the day, and encourage her to join in, and Dainzu gave her lots of attention and care. If I have a concern about my Mom, I can reach out to Richard or Dainzu, and I get a response almost immediately. I am at ease knowing my Mom is being taken care of so well. The facility is gorgeous, tons of activities for the residents to participate in, and a chef will wonderful meals. I feel very lucky to have my Mom at Lavender Farms.”
