She knew all the answers& when she didn’t she quickly got the answers that we needed. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she knew exactly what would fit with our family& in our home. We can’t wait to see the bobs truck pull up with our beautiful new table& couch. Also we highly suggest getting the warranty. It’s good for 5 years& covers all sorts of issues.
(September 1, 2019, 7:06 pm)I went to Bob’s to get a new mattress, based on several people’s personal experience with their own Bob’s mattresses. Rob Sharp was my salesperson, and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and to show me various mattresses with different features. When I found the one I really liked, he explained all different options and didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. He was an awesome salesperson, and made the entire experience very easy. I’m really looking forward to my new mattress and am very happy with the purchase I made today at Bob’s.

We already knew sort of what we were looking for because we shopped some options on their website first. Our sales person, Lin Walters was awesome! No pressure, no crazy upsell stuff, she was on point with our needs and properly informed us of everything Bob's Furniture is about. I'll definitely be back next time I need furniture! Excellent experience and we cant wait for the couch and recliner to be delivered. Thank you Lin!

The quality for the price is outstanding.
Much better than Ikea, the feel of much more expensive places to shop, but maintaining great deals.
We walked out with a new power sofa and a kitchen table.
The only note was it felt that we were surrounded by people as we walked through the door which could be taken as pushy. Our salesman Mike Q as we warmed up definitely helped us in the correct direction in our purchase and we were thankful after we left.
(August 18, 2019, 8:53 pm)Went in to check some things out and to my surprise had the best guy take care of us. Angel was his name and he was so knowledgeable and sweet. Took a lot of time with us old people and very patient. He was the best no pressure at all like the other places. If you go to Deptford Bob's, see Angel, you'll see what I mean.
Didn't buy yet went home to measure things. They really have a great variety.
