Walmart Vision & Glasses

I broke an arm off of my glasses on Christmas day . The very next morning my wife and I went to Walmart Vision in Deptford to see if they could be fixed. Robert Walker helped me find a new frame for my lenses since the old frames could not be fixed. He was very fast and very helpful. The frames he sold me were very reasonably priced . Robert has helped me in the past and has always been very professional and has always helped me stay on budget. I was able to witness him helping other customers while I was there and everyone seemed pleased with his service. Thank You Robert for your excellent service.

I had an awesome experience at this facility. I forget the Dr's name, but im told he also works at the VA. Be sure to call ahead and schedule appointments when he is there. Ask for the Doc that works at the VA. I have to give a shout out to Tina Masatani the store Mgr.& her staff. They absolutely know what they are doing. Great knowledge and customer service too. I had my doubts going to a Walmart for glasses, but im so glad these folks were there. Thanks again ????

We have little experience with the doctor on premises, but my family has purchased glasses here several times over the years. My son's prescription changes frequently (every 4-6 months), so price is important to us. Service is always friendly. Of all the places in the area we've checked, they actually have the best selection of kids' frames (though they've shrunk it over the last year or so). My wife gets contacts, and Walmart winds up being the best deal (even compared to online stores with rebates). I have progressives (ugh), and while I hate progressive lenses, I've had no problems with their craftsmanship. Prices on those, while still high, are more than $100 less than at my eye doctor.

I mentioned the service is always friendly, and that's part of why we keep returning to this particular store. Since we started going, there has been no turnover in staff. We always recognize the people working, and a couple of them even recognize us. We'll be heading back in soon to replace a scratched lens, and look forward to another quick and easy purchase!
