  I cannot express how grateful I am to John and Jennifer from J&J. This couple is amazing. By chance I read a post that they placed on Facebook about donating to a family in need. I initially just read it and thought, "That's so awesome and someone could really benefit from it."
  As I went about my scrolling, I was reminded that my mom & her husband have been struggling to make ends meet with my mom out of work since June of 2015 and on Chemo for stage 4 Colon CA that spread to her lungs. A few weeks before their post they were told that they needed a new heater and everywhere they turned for loans and help- they were shot down because my mom is not working. She was very depressed. She is always cold with the treatments and I surely did not want her sick any more! My sister and I were trying to find ways to help her-
  This is a woman who has given back most of her adult life by being in emergency services until she was diagnosed. Our family is in emergency services (dispatcher, EMT's, Paramedics, Firefighters, and a marine vet who was deployed several times). I began to think, we ' ask for this help we leave it for others- it's simply what we do, But why not this time? So I reached out and sent in an email with the story and some background information- within a few days- they called and made an appointment to come replace their heater!
  It was installed today and my mom is finally warm in her house! I am so happy and excited. They even fixed her air conditioner that they were going to be charged thousands of dollars to do!!
  They were so easy to deal with and very professional. John even took the time to ask my mom how she was doing and get to know her story a little bit better in person!
  We will be switching to J&J. I hope many others do too!!!

  A huge shout out to John and J&J Mechanical for coming to my mother's rescue! We had the big "Orange" truck at my mom's house, who is elderly and is not well, to take a look at her heater. They told her she needs a brand new heater and it will be $7,000. We decided to call J&J Mechanical for a second opinion. John responded immediately and evaluated her heater and told her she did not need a new heater, it was just fine. John proved himself of being an honest, humble business man with a huge heart and integrity. He has made us customers for life!

  Chuck did a great job fixing my furnace. He didn't have the correct-sized filter in his truck, but made a special trip to get one and saved me a trip to the store.

  I don’t have enough good things to say about J&J mechanical. We got our central air installed last summer and are completely pleased with the results. John the owner has been available for any questions I’ve had along the way even during “off hours”. This company truly takes pride in their work and stands behind it 100%. In this day and age I’m grateful to be able to have work done by a company that’s honest and is truly there for their customers!

  We had our HVAC completely replaced today. J and j gave us a very fair price for the work. Communication was great from the estimate through the install. Workers arrived promptly and finished everything in one day. Were super kind to me in explaining everything in layman's terms, especially chuck! Ran into some unexpected complications during install but they figured everything out and made sure everything was working great before they left. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be a customer for life!
