  I've worked for Care Right There for 9 months and have never felt as valued as I do working for Marisa. Your individuality is appreciated, your voice heard and you're treated with compassion and respect. The employees I work with are like family and have so much compassion for the clients, their families and each other. It's a pleasure to call myself a part of this organization.

  I've been working for Care Right There for over two years now. They always find clients for me and help to fill my hours, at the same time if I need to cut back hours they don't argue with me they understand and make it happen. If there is ever a problem they take care of it immediately. They don't push you to take on more than you can do. They work with you whenever you need days off. Marisa (the owner,my boss) is very easy to talk to, she genuinely cares about all of us. I have seen Marisa and Chrissy, from the office, go out of there way to help clients with anything they need. Even on their days off, a client needs something or if one of us aides needs anything they are there right away. Everyone in the office are friendly and happy to help you anytime. The office itself is beautiful and always clean. Care Right There as a company likes to make the clients and their loved ones feel like family. It's not just a business to them they love all our clients, staff, and aides like family.
