  Had low grade headaches about 15 -20 days per month starting about 5 years ago. (1-6 pain) Ive been going to Jefferson Headache Clinic and getting botox treatments I did some research on ketamine treatment and although there is more data for it's effectiveness with depression there is also growing data that it can help with migraines. I went to MHAT sat down with both Drs. Pescatore and Cesarine. They intently listened to me as I conveyed my progression with migraines over the years. In turn Dr Pescatore explained medically how ketamine and propofol can ease or get rid of migraines. I had six total treatments. To sum up its effectiveness, I couldn't be any happier I now have about 5 headaches per month and the pain level average about 2-3 and they only last a few hours. Before the treatments I would have pain days and days without any let up. I was even able to get off topamax (headache preventative) that I have been taking for years. Both Drs. Pescatore and Cesarine are young highly motivated doctors that I felt truly cared and wanted to solve my problem and they kept in contact with me over the treatment period to hear my progress. Couldn't be any happier with the whole experience.

  I had been suffering for 6 months with a chronic migraine. Every. Single. Day. I had seen many specialists and had been on many medications. No one was able to give me a diagnosis. Each specialist was taking a guess and throwing whatever medication they thought would quell my symaptoms. At best, I could bring my pain to a 2-10. Finally, a colleague mentioned Dr. Pescatore. I was naturally reluctant and Dr. Pescatore sounded so sure of himself that it made me nervous.
  Fast forward to the visit. Dr. Pescatore was very calm and certain and most importantly, he listened and let me ask questions. He was able to preform a few short procedures in the office which left me virtually pain free before I even left. I was literally sobbing with relief! Dr. Pescatore stated to me that “This practice allows me to be a doctor again.” I couldn’t agree more. He truly loves what he does. He’s confident and his staff and partner Dr. Cesarine were very professional and soothing.
  I will continue to seek treatment with their practice and highly recommend him to anyone I feel could benefit from his help.

  I've been suffering from chronic pain for several years now and have undergone numerous treatments that my body was resistant to. Even medical marijuana was a failure for me. Since I've tried this new treatment from Mullica Hill Advanced Therapies, I've discovered true relief for the first time in years. Not only are they effective at treating my pain short term, but the lasting effects have been truly amazing! Making my experience all the better is the truly caring doctors and staff at this office.   I've been a paraplegic since 1997 and have had chronic pain for well over ten years. This treatment has been working to chip away at that pain and bring it down to a manageable level. Dr. Rick Pescatore is amazing.
