Very impressed! Margaret came out to do a walk-through in our home since we want to sell it and she noticed we had cesspools. She let me know that they could be a problem with selling and she is right! The EPA updated the codes in 2012 and all have to be abandoned before selling. She also pointed out some other things that were totally missed by other realtors during their walk-through. If you want someone that is way cut above the others and highly professional, hire her. Her expertise in other related fields is a BIG plus, clearly!!!!!!!
