I was hesitant to get a pool thinking it would be a HUGE expense. I was pleasantly surprised at the very fair prices. Mike and Sue were very responsive with all of my MANY questions. All of the crew members were very professional too. All in all it was a great experience. Thanks!!!
VanBrill goes above and beyond! Mike helped us design our pool from start to finish. We started out possibly wanting a liner pool but knew that others in our development have had issues with water. I didn’t think gunite was affordable. I was wrong! I was very undecided and had so many questions. Mike was so familiar with our area and had a lot of knowledge. We ended up doing a custom gunite with spa. I love that his family has been in business for many years. I had a few other pool contracters out here but felt that they were trying to scam me and were very pushy. The pool build was a major investment for my husband and I. Mike was the last person we called. After meeting with him we were ready to sign. I liked that they have a store also. I can always just go there if I have any questions. However, I don’t even need to do that. His wife, Suzanne, gave me her number when I went there for supplies. She always gets back to me promptly. She is most helpful and very knowledgeable. I was so overwhelmed with how everything worked after the pool was filled. She and her employee, Gil, made the process so easy. I wrote everything down and took pictures of examples, when Gil came out to show me how to do everything. I always refer to my notes if I have any doubt on how anything works. We love our beautiful pool and look forward to making many memories with our family. I highly recommend VanBrill!
