We had gotten two other quotes for the project and are confident that the price we paid was a very good value for what we received. Long (50-yr) warranty gives peace of mind. In the middle of the project, the team noticed a rafter that was in disrepair, presented my options for either replacing, repairing, or leaving alone, and educated me on the best route. Other than that surprise that was out of their control, the job proceeded smoothly. The owner, Keith made sure that his workers were keeping our worksite and flowerbeds very clean and we haven't found a single nail now that the project is done (removed 2 layers of shingles). We did have some difficulty in communications and responsiveness leading up to the project. Keith informed us that he was working on his phone system and hiring an administrative assistant, so hopefully going forward it won't be an issue. Thanks!”
