  Dave Carbone and his team are the greatest. They turned a horrible catastrophe in my home into a nice experience.
  I had a broken sprinkler head destroy my entire 8 year old home.
  On Jan 2 a pipe froze in the ceiling of my 4th floor bedroom. Unbeknownst to me the sprinkler system does not turn off with the water main valve. Dumping hundreds of gallons of water into my beautiful home.
  My 8 year old called 911. The fire and police department came quickly but really couldn’t help me. I shut off the power in my home and put my 3 kids in my car in the garage. While water dumped into everywhere.
  I called my insurance agent who lives close and he contacted the public adjuster. He contacted Dave and within 45 minutes he was there with 3 guys and gave me a quick rundown of what needed to be done. He was so confident I was immeadiately put at ease. He said that most people leave the premesis and let his men pack up everything and put it in storage.
  My home has vintage fine furniture that’s been in the family for 60+ years brought here from Italy in the 1970s and in pristine condition. An enormous china cabinet filled with Lalique crystal. Artwork on the walls insured for hundreds of thousands of dollars, a library of books, records and board games that have been handed down. An office that we run a business from, fine rugs, a/v equipment etc.
  I wasn’t leaving my house, I put my 3 year old twins in school full time and Dave supplied me with boxes packing materials and helpers while his crew demo’d the interior of my house. These guys are on call for these disasters, and for the job they have they have great attitudes, they’re helpful, polite and courteous and they don’t even use bad language. I was extremely impressed. This is a grueling job. Carrying soaked rugs down 3 flights of stairs, tearing out drywall and insulation. The heat in my house wasn’t working due to water damage. They actually had a guy get my furnace started and stayed there to make sure it remained on to keep the house warm.
  They got the artwork and furniture into a safe space so fast that all of my furniture is restorable and all of my artwork was saved.
  This stuff could never be replaced. It would have been a devastating loss. I’m so grateful to these guys for their commitment.
  I had to rent an apartment immeadiatly to give my kids some normalcy (it’s been over 7 months and we’re still not back at home), Dave got a colleague to take all of our clothing from our house, totally fill a box truck, bring it to my apartment and carry it all up 42 steps, and hang it, 8 clothing racks, and enough boxes to fill the floor of one of the bedrooms.
  He did not harass us for anything. He’s a true blue, strait up good guy. I’m in total awe.
  This is why I said in the beginning, a horrible catastrophe turned into a nice experience. I hope and pray nothing like this ever happens again. I wish Advanced Restorations did other kinds of work, I’d love to use them for other stuff.

  Very quick to respond! Their staff has a wealth of knowledge to turn a bad situation around fast. Within hours of my first call, there was equipment on site and the cleanup started. Very happy with ARG.

  I am a worrier by nature but I should have listened to Eric Mayo and Bill Good's advice that everything would turn out. A tree fell on my house and did quite a bit of damage. Restorations are now complete and I couldn't be happier with the results. The new roof is great and the rebuilt deck is just perfect in its construction. I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration for any insurance based work. Even my insurance company's representative was familiar with their company and worked very well with them.
