Dr.Shah and her people are exceptionally friendly and outgoing but at times it does get hectic in there. The wait can be long but they are extremely apologetic and try to help serve us better. Especially Debbie who's had to calm me down a time or two ...lol I have been going there for years my son who is now 15 he's been going there since I believe hes been 7 or 8 years old when she was at her other building across the pike she is very knowledgeable she takes pride in her work and I trust her 100%. I would never go anywhere else even if it is crowded and I have to wait it's just the way it is. If you like or love the doctor and the staff it won't matter the wait. They rock!!
