Surely a good reason to be irked, but get this... the lady clerk was by far the most polite and sympathetic person I've ever encountered. She apologized very sincerely and even offered to allow me to park till morning if I ran out of hrs. Furthermore, she had heart in that she thanked me for being a trucker and admitted that without us out here doing what we do, no food would occupy our shelves. Thank you, Sue. You're a gem!
P.S. Note that docs are to the left of the check-in door not the ones to the right. And the restroom is found by going left and through yellow arches down on left.
