  We have been using Wedgewood Pharmacy for over a year for the compounding of our bulldog's epilepsy medication. I am a part of the auto ship program and I receive his medication every three months with little work on my part and discounted shipping. They even contact our vet for us when we need a refill! I always receive it with about 2-3 weeks of medication to spare. His most recent order was filled on 12/12/18 (I received an email notifying me of this) and then was shipped on 12/15/18. We had enough medication to get us through 12/30/18. I tracked it to Illinois where it got lost. I contacted UPS (the carrier) who couldn't help me and by this time, Christmas rolled around. I frantically called Wedgewood on 12/26/18 to tell them the concern and I only had 5 days left of medication at this time. Both people I spoke with were concerned and empathetic, understanding the fact that my dog cannot miss a dose of medication. The woman at Wedgewood stated that they would make me a new order and ship it out overnight, ensuring I had it by 12/28/18 at the latest (which worked for us). I spoke to her on 12/26/18 and had my medication for Moose on 12/28/18. It was no additional charge to me, and while I told her that I had filed a claim with UPS (still waiting on the results of that!) and I offered to pay for the expedited shipping, she made my life easier and stated it would be no charge and not to worry about it. Seriously, these types of companies do not exist anymore and I am SO grateful that our vet recommended Wedgewood when they did for our needs. We will continue to give them our business and recommend them to anyone because they truly went above and beyond for me. Thank you Wedgewood! Moose remains seizure free since 4/15/17 (fingers crossed!) because he won't miss any medication doses!

  Anyone out there wondering if there's a pharmacy that cares about the safe needs and health of your pets, Wedgewood Pharmacy is all of that and more! They have always been kind and caring over the phone! They've always been there for us when we needed questions answered, even late at night. Thank you Wedgewood pharmacy for helping us through this very stressful Diabetic/Cushings disease with our fur baby! Your amazing and I would highly recommend you to anyone in need!

  I highly recommend the services and products of Wedgewood Pharmacy for the pharmaceutical needs of your pets. They are professional, courteous , and very helpful to every need or concern. Their customer service is friendly and helpful when called upon for information or help.
  My kitty is alive and happily playful due to the medicine provided by Wedgewood Pharmacy.

  I ordered a prescription for my cat by phone with Wedgewood Pharmacy. It only took a minute to reach a real person. The people that I spoke to were extremely helpful, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. They handled everything and my prescription was delivered in a few days. I highly recommend Wedgewood Pharmacy for your pet prescriptions.
