  I would highly recommend Mr. Hollawell for any of your legal needs. I was seriously injured in an Automobile Accident on November 22, 2016. I could not have gotten through the mountain of paperwork, dealing with insurance companies, hospital medical records, and the local police department without Mr. Hollawell’s help. He knew who to contact every step of the way. Due to his representation of my case, it allowed me to focus on my recovery and for my husband to take care of me. The high stress of being seriously injured combined with trying to sort through paperwork and dealing with constant phone calls from Insurance Companies is a very difficult. Having someone who is very knowledgeable on your side is a huge blessing.
  
  Due to his vast knowledge and experience I was awarded a good settlement from both insurance companies. The company for the person deemed responsible for the accident and my insurance company due to the underinsured clause.
  
  My daughter who was in the car with me and was not as seriously injured. She did not have legal representation and she did not receive a good settlement.
  
  We are all still struggling from the effects of the accident, it has changed our lives forever. It was a huge advantage to have Mr. Hollawell represent me.

  Richard Hollawell is like no other attorney. I was represented better than I could’ve ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated as a friend rather than a client.   I have worked with this attorney for many years. He handles many cases from the physicians office that I work for it. It is probably one of the best attorneys we have ever dealt with. I can see that he fights really hard for all of his clients and he is extremely fair. The office gets back to you really quick and they are very knowledgeable about injury cases. If you are injured you want this attorney on your side. He also handled a wrongful death case that I am close to and faught hard while being compassionate for the family.

  Rick Hollawell is one of the most trusted attorneys I have ever met. As with most people I was nervous about calling an attorney to help me with my case but he put me at ease right away. When I needed information I often spoke with him directly or he got back to me very quickly. His assistance were also very knowledgeable and very attentive to me. He really fought hard for our case and was extremely sincere the whole time. Not only was he very personal and cared so much about us but I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to get things done quickly. I don’t think I would ever call another attorney..ever!
