(September 5, 2019, 10:10 pm)We had the best experience at the diabetic foot center. Customer service is excellent from scheduling appointments through pick up. You schedule appointments and you are not rushed through them! After a year of not being able to wear shoes due to a heel wound my husband was fitted for a pair of shoes there. Unfortunately the shoes caused a small problem on the heel so we called the center and they told us to return those shoes and he was refitted with a different shoe without issue. My husband is so excited to be back in safe shoes for his diabetic feet!! Each consultation was an extremely pleasant experience. Especially with Sue ! She is very knowledgeable and skilled at her job and she was also a joy to deal with. I felt like she and the rest of the staff at the Diabetic Foot Center in Sewell took a personal interest in finding a shoe that fit my husbands medical needs! They have a decent selection of shoes to choose from too, which surprised us! The store is immaculate, modern and pleasant. Do not hesitate to go there!
