  My two sons goes here and the instructors are really humble, strict and compassionate. I really like it here.

  Hassets is a great place to learn self defense and it helps alot if you are bullied in any way. Im a teen belt rank-Grey belt-with5 others, ava, simone, noah, olivia witch is me and luke, there are many others but i forget the names. Mr hasset is an amazig teacher and i reccomend it

  There are many purple belts and above to roll with for street combatives and sport bjj. The instructor, John Hassett, is a high level black belt and a true marital artist in all aspects of life, self defense, and sport.

  This school has changed my life. It is completely what you make of it. All ages and skill levels welcome. Great instructors and senior belts.

  Great place to train. Approaching three years as a member and I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hassett's. Having trained at numerous other schools prior to joining, I can speak with absolute certainty on not only the quality of instruction, but on the overall quality of training you get. There are a large number of top notch training partners that will push you to improve as a Jiujiteiro.
  
  To add to the already lively training atmosphere, you have an instructor with a passion for the sport that is seldom seen. John Hassett is truly a phenomenal teacher who takes pride in seeing his students progress in belt and in skill.
  
  Without question, one of the best places to train in New Jersey.
