  About a month ago, I had to take my car for service because the heater stopped working and water was liking inside the car among other things. This car has being good to me since I bought it at Apollo Auto Sales five years ago. For that reason, when I need to have something fix I know I can always count on the service manager "Bob". I have noticed in the last couple of months that it is very difficult to find parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but Bob always makes it happened. After checking the car all around Bob called me to let me know what was wrong with the car and to make me aware that the part was on back order. Since this car is my main source of transportation Bob was accommodating enough to give me a loaner car to use while my car was getting repaired. He did so without charging me a dime and continue to update me on the progress of the part. Finally, the problem with the car was corrected and because of the delay with the part and its cost Bob called me to pick up my car free of cost. I was so shocked that I had to asked him how I could repay him his generosity and he said if you find the time just write a review for the service department. He is a humble guy because he did not even said write a report for me. Now the car is running like new again and I am definitely enjoying my heat in this crazy cold weather. Please take your cars to this service shop and deal with Bob. You will not regret it!!!

  Just recently brought a car from Larry who works at this dealer. He is an honest man and a pleasure to work with. Followed through and did everything he said he would. For that he has earned a repeat customer. Would not mind recommending others to this dealer and specifically to him.

  Wonderful place to purchase a car. Me and my Fiance had a pleasant experience with Apollo and their service team. Our salesman Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and fit me into a really nice 2017 Grand Cherokee. The whole sales team is really friendly and caring. Every time I've walked in I was greeted by the owner of the dealership who is also extremely friendly. We highly recommend this dealership. They have a great selection of vehicles and are very reasonable with their prices. We will be purchasing our second car through Apollo.

  Apollo sold me a great quality car as well as a reliable warranty for a reasonable price! As someone who is skeptical of car dealerships and critical of customer service, I was very pleased and they made me feel comfortable the entire time! The salesman that helped me was Tom Dickinson! He was patient and friendly, answered all of my questions, and explained everything to me as a first time car buyer. I am so happy with my purchase, and after going to several other dealerships and leaving, I am satisfied with the service I received here! They even provided us with pizza!

  I had an incredibly easy car buying experience! My 'salesman' Larry made this by far the best experience. He was knowledgeable, easy going, funny, and HONEST. Which is why I put salesman in quotes. He was actually honest and upfront! Will most definitely be referring friends and family!
