(February 21, 2018, 8:27 pm)I brought my nephew who was 4 at the time to The Goddard School in Sewell, NJ. When he first started coming to this school in 2016, he did not know any of his alphabet, numbers and had very minumal social interaction. From the moment I stepped into his classroom, I could feel the comfort and the teachers immediatly came up and showed him toys and made sure he was comfortable. I even filled out a paper before bringing him of some of his favorite interests so when we arrived they had his favorite things available. For example, he was very big into dinosaurs so they had a dinosaur book, puzzle and even a dinosaur toy ready when he walked in the door! He loved that! I was very worried the night before about him crying due to it being his first day but he gave me a hug and said "See you later, I love you". There were no tears at all, and when I came back later that day he immediatly asked me if he could come back tomorrow and stated how much fun he had. He is now in public school, and his teacher is always complimenting and very impressed on how much he already knows. He can spell and write his name with no problems but when he first started at Goddard, he barely knew what any letters were by looking at them! He still talks about the teachers and is always begging me to bring him back when his school is closed! I’m so happy that he had the opportunity to go to Goddard because he is such a smart and excited to learn little boy!

(August 1, 2013, 8:15 am)My children have been in three different Goddard's because of moving/jobs. This one was one of the best if not the best. The staff was stable, caring, and enjoyed teaching my children new knowledge. Their openness and caring was refreshing and heartwarming as you knew your children were in good hands. Unfortunately you will not find this in all day care settings.
