She took the time to explain everything and was extremely thorough when doing both mine and my daughter’s hair( it took about 3 hours for both). I absolutely loved the text reminders for follow up care. I would highly recommend her to anyone who may have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these pesky little bugs.

Not only did she get rid of my granddaughter's lice problem, she educated her with the expertise of a science teacher, encouraging her to look under the microscope to see the various stages of lice development. My granddaughter has very long, thick hair, and during the entire process (which took several hours because of the sheer volume of hair) Vicky kept her engaged the entire time, answering all her questions as well as mine. Vicky's infinite patience and kindness is evident, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone with a lice problem!

The service, the education and atmosphere is nothing short of perfect. If you or a loved one or even someone you know has any issues at all with lice, there is literally no one on this planet I would recommend more. I wasn’t paid or forced to write this review, it’s genuinely the gods honest truth. You will not be dissatisfied , it’s truly a blessing there are still good people like Vicky on this planet who want to help but better yet educate people about lice. Thanks so much for the amazing experience!

If you have any questions or concerns through the whole process all you have to do is text or call and she responds in a timely manner. She also checks up on you until you are a 100% lice free. Great service!
