Olympia Moving & Storage

Both moving out of our home and moving into our new home went smoothly with Olympia! Julius really helped on the front end by letting us pick up boxes at warehouse - and he and another mover knocked out! On the return - Mark, Danny & Mike did the Move in - they were great!!! No issues!!! Had a little glitch w/final bill but Anna took care of it right away. Highly recommend Olympia Movers!

From start to finish, Olympia was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Everyone worked hard, was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about us and our job. I highly recommend them!

We used Olympia to move house. They turned up on time, were super careful to protect items, flooring etc. and all of the crew were polite, courteous and fast. They took a lot of stress away from our move and I would highly recommend their services. They showed the same level of care moving into the new place (covering floors and placing items exactly where we wanted them). We were super pleased with the entire service and the moving tool they provided that allowed us to manage postal and utility changes etc. was an added bonus.

The move was so smooth from scheduling to unloading, thanks to Olympia. When I first called, everything was super organized and professional. The day of the move, the movers came in at the scheduled time and started loading the truck immediately. The movers were very hard working and quick. We made sure to feed them and give them water. Our move took a little longer so we ended up paying a couple hundred over what we were originally quoted.

I had an amazing experience with Olympia for my recent move. It could not have gone much better. The packing was excellent and absolutely nothing was damaged. The move day went very well, again with nothing damaged. They also assign you to a move coordinator who was excellent throughout the entire process. Olympia even had to scramble to deal with a piece of furniture that could not be moved on moving day as it was too big and needed to be disassembled. This was my fault and within one day, they arranged for a special company to come out, disassemble the furniture, send a special truck to come get it and deliver it and then the special company came back out and reassembled it. It was expensive for me (again, my fault), but it was amazing the logistics that they could pull off in a very short amount of time. My only disappointment is that the cost of the move came out about 20% higher than the estimate, but they are looking into that for me now. I would absolutely use Olympia in the future the next time I move.
