Melissa is an excellent instructor who is great with both experienced and new students. Every class is fast paced, high energy, and sweat inducing! You'll be hooked after your first (free) class.

She is a wonderful instructor, she brings great enthusiasm and she knows how to help you reach your potential! I go 4 days a week and truly wish I could go 7! I am down 35 pounds! Kickboxing is the Best! You got to try it at least once!!!! Hope to see you there!

(April 1, 2017, 2:56 pm)I absolutely LOVE this place! I joined a little over a month ago and have already noticed a positive change in my body. I am more toned and stronger than I ever was and I have Melissa Congleton to thank. She is an intentive and very skilled trainer. The classes are always different allowing you to target various muscles groups. I would go very day if my schedule allowed it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

(March 10, 2017, 12:18 pm)I just finished my 50th class. Melissa has been a life changer, down almost 30lbs!!! She's a great motivator, in your face when you need it and pulls back when you don't! I've always hated the gym(too boring), I'm at class religiously 3 days a week and she always keeps us on our toes and changes classes each day! I'd give united 10 stars if I could. Thank you!!!
