This gym is like no other i have EVER been to! It's not a lot of fluff, it's more let's git-er-done!! The staff is exceptional and they have all done the workouts. You are NOT in it alone EVER. The dynamics of team work, sense of family and genuine caring is WONDERFUL.
This is an excellent program, I Love it. I've been coming here for about a week in a half, and I already feel the results. I'm eating better, my body is running better, and instead of just trying to lose weight, I actually want to get in shape now. If your ready for a lifestyle change these people will help you it's worth it.
While I didn't hit my 20 pounds goal, I gained so much more from Legion. I've gained confidence, lost inches and found a new work out home. Everyone is so motivating and they push you to be your best.
I started a journey on August 1st with Legion Transformation. It has to be one of the best things I've ever done. If you follow the program, you will succeed! The workouts will test your strength and will power but the coaches and fellow challengers will motivate you to keep going. I am now addicted to working out and look forward to my time with my 5am crew. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to make a positive healthy change in your life.
