“I was so impressed with the knowledgeable and efficient staff at this office everyone I spoke with treated me with respect and actually helped me!The VA system is not perfect and at times very difficult to navigate. I was in a position of trying to help an 86 year old displaced homeless Vet .The staff at this office answered my questions and helped direct me if they did not have an answer they found me some one who did I was grateful to have actual people to assist me who didn't just give me another number and forum and send me on my way.I will forever be grateful for the kindness and dedication of the staff .
